Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1.80. Instock items are sent by first class post within 3 working days of cleared payment.
If paying by cheque then please allow time for the cheque to clear. If there is going to be a delay then I will contact you.
Custom orders can take a few weeks depending on how many other orders I have at the time. When you place your order I will let you know approximate times when we discuss what you want.
Returns
I will accept returns on instock items providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition, i.e. unwashed and unworn, at your expense and within 30 days of the date you received them. Upon receiving the item(s) I will refund the purchase price (not including postage). If the item is returned within the 7 day cooling-off period required by EU law then I will refund the postage as well. I suggest you obtain proof of postage for anything you wish to return as I cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
I am not able to offer a refund on custom made items unless they are faulty.
