My name is Evelyn, I have three children and I live in Bedfordshire

I've been using cloth nappies for almost 4 years and opened The Soaring Sheep in July 2008 after finding I was making far too many shorties and longies for my children to wear!

I use my own pattern for making wool shorties, longies and skirties which features a gusset for the crotch and lots of short rows for a nice roomy fit over cloth nappies. I prefer to custom make to each child's individual measurements to ensure the best fit but I do often have a couple of instock items available if you want something right now. I love using brightly coloured hand dyedwools and I'm starting to have a go at dyeing yarns myself.
